1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days from the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return:

  • We Accept returns for both defective and non-defective products
  • We accept New and slightly used products
  • You can request a return extension.
  • Method of return: In store, or at a drop-off location

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless defective upon delivery:

  • Products damaged through misuse, negligence, or improper handling

3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, kindly provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos or videos showing the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost.

4. Refund Process

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used during purchase (M-Pesa, bank transfer, card payment, etc.)
  • We shall restock at No Cost

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if:

  • The product is defective
  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The item was damaged during delivery
  • If you just wish to get an exchange for personal reasons.

To request an exchange, contact our customer support team before returning the item.

6. Return Shipping

You are not responsible for return shipping costs.

For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable courier service.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the processing period:

  1. Check your M-Pesa statement or bank account
  2. Contact your payment provider or bank
  3. Reach out to our support team for assistance

8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may be treated as returns.
